It's always such an honor to photograph a wedding for a friend, and I am so pumped to shoot Rick and Katie's wedding! Not only have I been friends with Rick for quite a few years, but Rick is an AWESOME graphic designer. I dig working with creative types :).
We started off the session at Lafayette Square. I love that Katie and Rick looked so vintage glam.
And now some sunflare for ya :).
Outside of Bailey's Chocolate Bar, one of my very favorite places in St. Louis. Not only is it an asthetically cool building, but the Chocolate Bar also played a part in Rick's proposal to Katie. He sent her on a scavenger hunt and one of her stops was this very place :).
After we finished up at Lafayette Square, we headed downtown.
Just like in Tony and Jessica's session, I really wanted to get this shot of Rick and Katie, but my preggo-ness would not allow me to lie down on the ground like I knew I would need to do. So, coming to my rescue again, Jon grabbed this shot :). Love it!
