Courtney and Jon at Innsbrook

Late in August of this year, we got to shoot Courtney and Jon's outdoor wedding at Innsbrook. If you've never been to Innsbrook, you should book a vacation there! It's a great vacation community filled with chalet's and cabins scattered amidst lakes and rivers on a beautiful wooded preserve. Perfect place for a vacation.

We were looking forward to this wedding all summer long because a). we knew the location was gonna rock! and b). we both used to work with Courtney during our college years and we always love shooting weddings for people we know. Especially when they're uber-awesome people like Courtney and Jon :).

The day started off with hair and make up for the gals in the lodge

Some fun details... the guests arrived at the lodge and walked down a large hill to the ceremony site. Except the ones who were cutting it close on time.. they got shuttled with a golf cart :). And check out that guy in the bottom right pic. He was our boss when Courtney and I worked together. Many fun memories there :).

Even though it was a little warm, the day was absolutely beautiful.

And check out that cute ring bearer on the end! Jon is a soccer player and so were most of his groomsmen. They wanted to do this pose (I think this is what soccer players look like when they're trying to block a goal), and the little guy on the end was having a hard time understanding where to put his hands. Classic :)
